In case you reach the decision to host your domain names with us and you choose any of our Linux hosting plans, you’ll be able to set up spam filters for any email address that you set up. With several clicks of the mouse in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel, you can set up five separate levels of security. In case you continue to get junk email messages or the spam filters start preventing genuine messages from entering your inbox, you can switch to another level just as easily. The efficiency of our anti-spam solution is ensured by one of the most famous spam filters – SpamAssassin. In case you do not want to risk skipping a legitimate email that may be flagged as spam because of its content, you can also create custom spam filters based on the body, the sender or the subject of the email message and re-send the emails to another email account where you can review them at a later time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
In case you use one of our semi-dedicated plans, you won’t need to worry about spam email messages stuffing your mailboxes all the time, as you can take advantage of the popular SpamAssassin spam filter that we offer with every semi-dedicated account. Our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel will allow you to enable the filter for any email account with a few clicks and you can pick one of the 5 levels of safety – from very low to very high. The level can be changed at any time if, for instance, authentic messages get filtered, or if unsolicited bulk emails go through and reach your Inbox folder. To be on the safe side, you can choose all filtered emails to be forwarded to a special mailbox like [email protected] and not to be deleted. In this way, you can examine them every now and then to ensure that you have not missed out on an authentic email message.
